Inventory
The Inventory is the Main document you need should you have to make a claim for damages etc.
It details a schedule of Condition, for all fixtures, fittings and furnishings.
Check-Out
The Check Out report compares the original Inventory to the condition that the tenant returns the property.
It lists damages, items missing, cleaning issues and if any maintenance is required.
Check-In
This is a small services where after compliling the Inventory, we would meet the new tenants and carry out the key hand over and show where to sign the new inventory.
Mid Term
During the term of the tenancy, it is best practice to carry out an inspection of the property to make sure its being looked after, it also raises any potential maintenance issues.
